Personally I take all-important calls standing up and usually walking up and down. Even better, if you can get outside and breath fresh air while you talk you will get the most creative benefits, but the Stanford study found that even walking on a treadmill indoors staring at a blank wall was more beneficial than sitting at a desk. It also found that the benefits of walking continued for a while after they returned to their desk.
